About me

Born in the family with a pianist mother in Korea, Ae Ree began her life playing with the piano keyboard at the age of three. Since the age of twelve, she participated in several occasions of class concerts, music festivals, piano and chamber music ensembles, solo-recitals, and competitions. Her debut as a pianist was done with Mozart Piano Concerto No.26 at the age of thirteen. She graduated Daejeon Arts High School, Korea, and entered the McGill University in 2002 for Piano Performance in Licentiate in Music. Marina Mdivani supervised her all along the program. Presently, she is finishing her Graduate Diploma in Advanced Music Performance Studies at the Concordia University under the supervision of Lauretta Altman.
