About me

“Roham Behmanesh” has master degree on Piano performance & composition. During last 20 years “Roham” has trained over 300 students. Many of his students currently work as a full time music teacher, composer or performer.

“Roham Behmanesh” was born in Tehran in 1974. At the age of ten he started playing the Violin and after three years he switched his instrument to the Piano. Among his music masters, Farman Behboud, Gagik Babayan, Keyvan Mirhadi & Kambiz Roshanravan have the most important influences in Roham musical life. He graduated with Master Degree from “Tehran Art University”. After Immigration to Canada, he continued his education and obtained “ARCT” certificate from “Royal Conservatory of British Columbia”. As a full time piano instructor, also he cooperated with several orchestra & choir as a conductor and composer. Also, he earned two international awards for his compositions. Currently Roham is continuing his education in Ethnomusicology in University of British Columbia.

Specialties

Roham is a Pianist, Composer, Arranger and a song writer. He Plays Flute, Clarinet, Setar. "Roham Behmanesh" teaches Piano and Music theories for all level of conservatory from Grade one to ARCT.

Lesson details

You can come to my studio in Port moody, or I can teach in your home at Tricities, Burnaby or North Vancouver. My initial rate is $27.5 per session.
