About me

Natasha Zadnipryana comes from along line of piano teachers; her mother and grandmother taught piano throughout the courses of their lives.
Natasha, herself, spent 17 years studying professional piano playing and accompaniment.
She received her Bachelor’s degree with honors in piano from the Odessa State Music College of Ukraine. After that, she entered the Odessa State Conservatory under Professor Igor Sukhomlinov (student of the legendary professor of the Conservatory of Moscow, Henric Neuhaus, and the teacher of the famous worldwide pianist Svyatoslav Richter). During her studying in Odessa State Conservatory, Natasha was invited to teach students on a part time base as her professor’s assistant there. She graduated with a Master’s Degree in Piano Performance and Pedagogy with honors and was hired to work as a piano instructor and an accompanist in the Odessa State Conservatory of Ukraine.
In 2003 Natasha moved to Vancouver, opened Allegro Piano Studio and successfully continued her career as a music teacher. Under her teaching, students consistently receive high marks on RCM examinations and win the top places in music festivals.
Natasha is a member of BCRMTA.

As Registered Music Teacher, Natasha prepares students for
-> all levels of RCM examinations,
-> various competitions and festivals;
-> entering exams to Music Colleges and Universities.

Natasha believes that only high professional level of teaching helps students to open the peak of their musical potential.

Her teaching method is based on the best traditions of Russian piano school such as:

-developing the artistry and musicality;

-encouraging to keep the enthusiasm and interest of the studying process;
