About me
I have been a music teacher for over 30 years. I received the A.R.C.T. diploma in both Piano Teacher and Piano Performer disciplines. I am also a certified "Music for Young Children" instructor. I am a member of the B.C. Registered Music Teachers' Association. I am also the music specialist at many preschools and daycares in my neighbourhood. I worked on the Surrey Music Festival committee for eight years.
Experience
I regularly attend conferences for MYC and the BCRMTA, and workshops for piano and Orff. I like to keep an up-to-date library of the latest publications of music to offer my students the most current and child-friendly editions.
Specialties
Dianne teaches private piano and theory lessons, group "Music for Young Children" classes and focuses on preschool music programs.
Education and Accreditation
Dianne has achieved the Associateship diploma from the Royal Conservatory of Music in both the Teacher and Performer disciplines. Dianne is a also a certified Music for Young Children instructor.
