About me

I began playing the piano at age 3, and performed at Carnegie Hall at age 4. Throughout my life, I have continued to pursue music as a profession, including starting out as a pianist/organist at a community church at age 9,and earning a degree in music (piano/vocal education). I started my adult career with the NYC school system where I taught vocal music & theory, trained many choirs and chamber ensembles, and for several years was the piano accompanist and vocal section teacher for a 300-voice choral group that performed in several major venues including Carnegie Hall in NYC. I have taught children in all grades from elementary through high school. My expertise is in piano & vocal performance and music theory.
