About me

Raised in a musical family, Christine Han was introduced to the piano at the age of four. Christine has participated in many festivals and competitions and has also won numerous awards and scholarships including: the Merrill Francis Scholarship for excellence in classical music, Mildred Johnson Scholarship in Music, The Ella Halstead Campbell Prize for excellence in piano, and the Reginald Bedford Piano Competition. Her principle teachers include Valerie Tryon and Corey Hamm. Christine has received her Masters in Piano Performance from the University of British Columbia and received her Performance Diploma and Bachelor of Music with Summa Cum Laude from McMaster University. Christine is a faculty member at the British Columbia Conservatory of Music and is the Music Director at Shiloh United Church.
