9ft Grand Piano Aerial Acrobatics

In an act of high flying acrobatics, Pacey’s Pianos and Music Box Movers lifted a 1000 pound, 9ft concert Grand Piano into the air and onto the top-level deck of the Vancouver Masonic Center, all to support the Piano Teachers Federation.

The piano was donated by Pacey’s Pianos, a Vancouver institution for 3 generations and Broadway local for more than 30 years, to support the Piano Teachers Federation (PTF). The Piano Teachers Federation’s raison d’etre is to provide a forum for teachers and students to meet based on needs, location, and styles. Furthermore, the PTF supports its member teachers by offering marketing and business workshops, marketing materials, and providing recital space. The Vancouver Masonic Centre on 8th Ave and Granville St, will serve as the signature recital location for piano teachers in the Vancouver area.
